While the event is meant to be a professional experience for these youths, there is plenty of opportunity to have fun — and a common place for this is custom designed Step-and-Repeat!

Outstanding VIPs and guest speakers attend the event every year, like Marcus Allen, a previous Heisman Award winner inspiring the young athletes with some words of wisdom.

The ceremony takes place in a spacious dining hall, and includes a delicious meal and select beverages.
